This State of Virginia Residents Privacy Policy (“Virginia Disclosure”) explains how 413 Cabins LLC dba Stone Canyon Homes and its subsidiaries (“us”, “our”, or “we”) collect, use, and disclose personal information subject to the Virginia Consumer Data Protection Act (“VCDPA”). Once we receive your request, we will verify the information you provided by matching the information that we have collected. If we cannot authenticate your request, we may ask for additional information from you. If you are unable to provide additional information, or we are unable to authenticate the request using commercially reasonable efforts, we may deny your request. If we are able to authenticate the request, we will respond to your request within 45 calendar days.
